I would like to thank you for the recent successful sale of my investment property in Hadfield.  Although the premises was occupied with what I would describe as a difficult tenant, you were able to arrange 2 open for inspections each week of the 4 week campaign.

Thank you for your upfront and honest appraisal during our initial meeting which helped gauge a realistic price range.  I appreciated the regular contact after each open for inspection and updates during the campaign.

The Auction Report you provided prior to the auction was useful to outline the number of potential buyers and helped me get a sense of what a realistic reserve price would be.

The auction was run how I wanted it to be by the auctioneer Adam Saraya and I was astounded at the final price which was $26,000 over the reserve price I had set.  Not only was this well in excess of what I had realistically estimated but also $6,000 over the top of the potential price range.  I believe this was a rest of the successful campaign managed by you.

Throughout the whole campaign and proceedings I found you to be professional and thorough which gave me confidence in achieving a successful result.
